A company is looking for a Customer Education Manager to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve their expected ROI
  • Onboard, train, and educate customers on software, developing customized curriculum and training programs
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing troubleshooting and assistance requests
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate required
  • 1-2 years of professional legal experience preferred
  • Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based platforms preferred
  • Background in adult training/education and a passion for learning new software
  • Strong sales aptitude with a revenue focus
