Key Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve their expected ROI
- Onboard, train, and educate customers on software, developing customized curriculum and training programs
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing troubleshooting and assistance requests
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate required
- 1-2 years of professional legal experience preferred
- Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based platforms preferred
- Background in adult training/education and a passion for learning new software
- Strong sales aptitude with a revenue focus
