A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Education roadmap and initiatives to align educational offerings with customer needs
  • Lead a team of instructional designers and technical product trainers to develop high-quality educational content
  • Evaluate and improve KPIs and initiatives to enhance customer adoption and experience
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design or customer education within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and conducting needs analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
