Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Education roadmap and initiatives to align educational offerings with customer needs
- Lead a team of instructional designers and technical product trainers to develop high-quality educational content
- Evaluate and improve KPIs and initiatives to enhance customer adoption and experience
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design or customer education within a SaaS environment
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and conducting needs analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
