Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with internal and external customers to gather necessary information for processing test samples and communicate test status
- Support the Sales team with account requests, order processing, and customer inquiries
- Document customer interactions, manage accounts, and assist with training new employees
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree or certification preferred
- At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
- Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
