A company is looking for a Rep 1, Customer Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests
- Process customer returns and resolve disputed billing charges in collaboration with the Medical Billing department
- Communicate with customers via digital channels and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of medical industry or call center/customer service experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, or other database software
- Intermediate math skills for calculating figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to interpret medical publications and technical procedures
