Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep 1, Customer Order Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests
  • Process customer returns and resolve disputed billing charges in collaboration with the Medical Billing department
  • Communicate with customers via digital channels and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of medical industry or call center/customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, or other database software
  • Intermediate math skills for calculating figures such as discounts and percentages
  • Ability to interpret medical publications and technical procedures
