Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Contact Center Team in a fully remote, entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and forward inbound phone calls to the appropriate department
- Perform heavy outbound call activities to support Admissions efforts
- Manage social media marketing channels and collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Departments
Required Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or call center experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and PeopleSoft is a plus but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent computer experience, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
