Key Responsibilities
- Drive post-sales transformation by aligning offerings to customer goals and fostering relationships with C-level executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute integrated pre- and post-sales strategies
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure smooth value realization for customers
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams
- Strong experience in building relationships with C-level business leaders
- Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and adapt strategies accordingly
