  • Experience managing a book of business with accountability for quarterly metrics
  • Proven success in leading tool deployment and driving customer growth and retention
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and discussing value and ROI
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
