Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and retention of clinical accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular check-ins and drive revenue growth with clinical and healthcare accounts
  • Advocate for customer needs to the Product team and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in HealthTech/MedTech
  • Experience carrying a quota and working in a B2B SaaS business
  • Fluency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and/or Totango
  • Proven track record of developing renewal strategies and managing a larger customer base
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced business is a plus
