Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of the platform
- Develop and optimize processes and workflows to enhance customer engagement and success
- Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, including managing a book of business and conducting renewals
- Ability to quickly learn and understand customer needs and translate the platform's value
- Technical skills to build workflows and handle basic technical issues
- Commercial experience in driving revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers
