A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative & Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support, responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Assist the Founder and Lead Developer by managing task intake, prioritization, and tracking progress
- Maintain communication with team members and customers to ensure requests are organized and prioritized
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in North or South America and work 9-5 Eastern or Central Time
- Proven comfort with technology; experience with databases is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and collaborate with a remote team
- Comfortable working independently from home
- A patient and empathetic approach to communication
