Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative & Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support, responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Assist the Founder and Lead Developer by managing task intake, prioritization, and tracking progress
  • Maintain communication with team members and customers to ensure requests are organized and prioritized
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in North or South America and work 9-5 Eastern or Central Time
  • Proven comfort with technology; experience with databases is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized and collaborate with a remote team
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • A patient and empathetic approach to communication
