Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Incident Response - Quality Control Auditor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of cyber incident response investigation tickets to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
• Validate investigations and evaluate the effectiveness of incident response actions
• Develop training programs and provide feedback to enhance incident response team performance

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supporting and auditing security operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field
• Experience with quality assurance and auditing in a cybersecurity context
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat intelligence
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
