Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stakeholder relationships to gather requirements and deliver actionable analysis
- Ensure data quality, report accuracy, and model integrity
- Support company-wide metrics creation and reporting for clarity in data definitions and structures
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience with P&C auto claims data and processes
- Experience in customer service data analytics is highly desirable
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and export
- Experience with complex data and at least one BI tool (Looker preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
