Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Capture Representative to manage insurance data entry and verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching loans and making outbound calls to insurance agencies
- Review and research insurance documents for missing information and ensure timely updates and payments
- Enter and update insurance data into the computer system while maintaining accuracy and adherence to procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of data entry, customer service, or related experience in a Mortgage or Banking environment preferred
- Basic understanding of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance
- Proficient computer skills and accurate keyboard abilities
- Able to work flexible hours and handle repetitive tasks
