Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Usage and Rights (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee data governance frameworks ensuring compliance and ethical use of healthcare data
• Implement data-related policies to meet regulatory obligations and manage member data rights requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data literacy and stewardship across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in data management
• 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in data governance within the healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools and metadata management
