Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Governance & Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the data governance roadmap and implement scalable frameworks for data trust and security
• Manage data quality programs and collaborate with teams to resolve high-impact data issues
• Serve as product owner for data governance tooling and ensure cross-functional alignment on governance practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Strong experience working with engineering, analytics, product, and legal teams
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Snowflake for data processing
• Deep understanding of data governance principles and frameworks
• Demonstrated experience implementing data quality programs at scale
