Data Warehouse Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Warehouse Data Engineer to support the migration of enterprise data warehouse from SQL Server to Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate data warehouse objects from SQL Server to Snowflake, ensuring performance and cost efficiency
• Design and implement dimensional data models optimized for the Power BI Semantic Layer
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, DBT, and Snowflake

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in SQL Server to Snowflake migrations
• Strong skills in Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, SQL, and Python
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and optimization for BI/semantic layers
• Background in ETL/ELT pipeline development and performance tuning
• Familiarity with data from Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and other external partner datasets
