Key Responsibilities

- Manage support cases from initiation to resolution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Technical support experience with external customers
- Experience in relational database administration, data modeling, and query optimization
- A strong aptitude for learning new software products
