Design Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Design to lead and supervise the broadband network design team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise design engineers and drafters to produce fiber and broadband plant designs
• Review and approve CAD or GIS schematics, work orders, and engineering deliverables
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure designs align with field realities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred; associates plus equivalent experience acceptable
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in telecom or broadband network design preferred
• Experience with fiber CAD, GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc
