A company is looking for a Design-Build Regional Practice/Market Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the practice and market, ensuring alignment of technical capabilities and quality standards
• Maintain existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities through active client engagement
• Oversee financial and project performance metrics throughout the lifecycle of Design/Build projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of related experience
• Experience in project management and client relations
• Proven ability to lead and mentor staff on alternative delivery projects
• Strong understanding of market metrics and financial oversight
