Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Manager to oversee application support and maintenance while leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supervision of developers and ensure quality delivery of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve development processes
• Facilitate employee functions such as performance management and technical oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field or 10+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in people management and development leadership
• Experience with various development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Knowledge of application development in Java and related technologies
• Experience with COTS products and cloud infrastructure configurations
