Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing core product customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling
- Drive strategic add-on business within existing accounts and manage net new product expansion deals
- Perform account planning and maintain accurate customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in a technology or software sales environment
- Proven track record of closing multiple deals per quarter
- 2+ years of experience in running a full sales cycle from sourcing to closing
- Prior experience with HCM/ERP software preferred
- Technically adept and driven by results
