Key Responsibilities
  • Manages a region and/or portfolio of clients while driving sales of existing, new, and emerging products
  • Oversees Salesforce for Business Development, providing reports and tracking to drive targeted revenue growth
  • Develops and implements strategies for commercial sales while enhancing client relationships and achieving revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of large account management and business development experience in health insurance, business consulting, or healthcare policy
  • 12+ years of leadership, sales, and business development experience in healthcare technology services preferred
  • Experience in developing and driving new product design that considers financial models and competitive environments
  • Ability to attract, manage, retain, and develop employees, including succession planning
  • Proficient in understanding the political and competitive landscape to protect and grow business
