Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Government Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages a region and/or portfolio of clients while driving sales of existing, new, and emerging products
- Oversees Salesforce for Business Development, providing reports and tracking to drive targeted revenue growth
- Develops and implements strategies for commercial sales while enhancing client relationships and achieving revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of large account management and business development experience in health insurance, business consulting, or healthcare policy
- 12+ years of leadership, sales, and business development experience in healthcare technology services preferred
- Experience in developing and driving new product design that considers financial models and competitive environments
- Ability to attract, manage, retain, and develop employees, including succession planning
- Proficient in understanding the political and competitive landscape to protect and grow business
