Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Director, Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client growth agendas and executive relationships, ensuring alignment with P&L and customer journey
• Lead onboarding and transitions, driving renewal and expansion while maintaining operational excellence
• Orchestrate cross-channel strategies and educate clients on trade-offs and business value

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in performance marketing with multi-million dollar client engagements
• 6+ years of people management experience, including hiring and coaching
• Expertise in cross-channel marketing and measurement acumen
• Fluency in platforms like Bliss Point and strong financial acumen
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
