A company is looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
- Coach team members on sales, product, and industry skills
- Assist the team in achieving six-figure account sales and report on results
Required Qualifications
- Located in a hub location (SF or Bay Area)
- 4+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- 2+ years of experience managing a Mid-Market sales team
- Successful track record of exceeding quota as both a manager and individual contributor
- Experience selling to Enterprise level accounts
