Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established customer base while acquiring new clients and carriers
- Negotiate rates based on market conditions and provide operational support
- Utilize CRM and TMS systems to maintain relationships and track performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full support in building a book of business
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems (e.g., McLeod)
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- High moral and ethical standards
