- Strong knowledge of sales retention, upsell/cross-sell, and customer lifecycle management
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience designing and launching programs that improve sales team productivity
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance program design and workflow efficiency
