Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive Sr, Customer Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Engage in outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads to convert them into new business
- Coordinate internal resources to drive sales opportunities to closure and maintain knowledge of product benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HCM software or high-tech products/services
- Proven track record of successful selling and developing new sales opportunities
- Experience with solution selling and value-based selling techniques
- Ability to engage with C-Suite executives and translate business objectives into product value
