- Deliver new logo and expansion ARR targets while ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline health
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Executives, establishing clear roles and enablement plans
- Define segment strategy and institutionalize a consistent sales methodology
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 4-6+ years of experience in building and scaling teams
- Domain expertise in healthcare RCM/payments and EMR/PM integrations
- Proven experience with enterprise/mid-market sales motions and executive-level deal navigation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analytics and forecasting
- Experience in driving partner co-sell initiatives with EMR/PM vendors
