Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new logo and expansion ARR targets while ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline health
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Executives, establishing clear roles and enablement plans
  • Define segment strategy and institutionalize a consistent sales methodology
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 4-6+ years of experience in building and scaling teams
  • Domain expertise in healthcare RCM/payments and EMR/PM integrations
  • Proven experience with enterprise/mid-market sales motions and executive-level deal navigation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analytics and forecasting
  • Experience in driving partner co-sell initiatives with EMR/PM vendors
