Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bid Coordinator - Industrial Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales force activities and maintain updated opportunities in the CRM tool
- Support account managers with pricing and quotations, and schedule bid meetings
- Review bid request documents and coordinate schedules for bid opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized for employment in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization
- Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering is strongly desired
- 3+ years of experience with low/medium voltage products or 5+ years in bid proposal and quoting of engineered switchgear
- 2+ years of CRM knowledge or usage for project tracking is preferred
