Senior Bid Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bid Coordinator - Industrial Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales force activities and maintain updated opportunities in the CRM tool
• Support account managers with pricing and quotations, and schedule bid meetings
• Review bid request documents and coordinate schedules for bid opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized for employment in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization
• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering is strongly desired
• 3+ years of experience with low/medium voltage products or 5+ years in bid proposal and quoting of engineered switchgear
• 2+ years of CRM knowledge or usage for project tracking is preferred
