Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels (SMS, Paid Media, and Email) for customer acquisition and retention
- Launch the SMS channel, including use case identification, journey development, and content strategy
- Manage channel performance and share performance summaries and reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing B2C and B2B multi-channel digital marketing programs
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads)
- Experience in Finance/Banking-related positions preferred
- Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven marketing campaigns
