Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Access focused on Reimbursement Development and Coverage Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Market Access strategy for Front Line Care products, including reimbursement and payer policy development
• Assess and communicate coding, coverage, and payment landscape for devices, enabling optimal reimbursement for patients
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and policy language with government and commercial payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Economics, Public Health, or Business
• 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Reimbursement or Medical Device related roles
• Experience in developing reimbursement for new technologies
• Direct experience working with Government or Commercial payers
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement and programs
