Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand identity and narrative across all channels and assets
- Lead and inspire the in-house creative studio team to ensure excellence and consistency
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns targeting DTC founders and enterprise buyers
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in brand, creative, and content leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS or DTC tech
- Ability to shape a brand platform and translate positioning into compelling narratives
- Experience in launching brands or rebrands and bringing a vision to life
- Fluency in creative team dynamics, including hiring, feedback, and coaching
- Strong belief in creative as a revenue driver rather than a cost center
