Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions and manage AI project portfolios
• Design and deliver AI training programs and establish internal AI champion networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in AI/LLM implementation or business strategy roles
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Proven track record of successful large-scale organizational change management
