Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, pharmacy, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree in business or healthcare administration (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy copay assistance programs or patient access within the healthcare industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and understanding third-party payer systems
