Key Responsibilities

- Develop and standardize processes for creative intake, prioritization, and delivery
- Manage creative budgets and monitor project timelines for accountability and transparency
Qualifications & Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in creative operations or production within a large marketing team or agency
- Proven ability to implement effective structures and processes within creative teams
- Deep knowledge of marketing production workflows and budget management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Business; PMP or equivalent preferred
