Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Creative Operations to lead and optimize the workflow of a marketing design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure creative team meets deadlines and quality goals
  • Develop and standardize processes for creative intake, prioritization, and delivery
  • Manage creative budgets and monitor project timelines for accountability and transparency


Qualifications & Skills
  • 10-15 years of experience in creative operations or production within a large marketing team or agency
  • Proven ability to implement effective structures and processes within creative teams
  • Deep knowledge of marketing production workflows and budget management
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Business; PMP or equivalent preferred
