A company is looking for a Director of Data Governance to lead the development and implementation of data governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise data dictionary and manage corporate mapping tables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related field
- Previous experience in data management, governance, or quality roles
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and metadata management
- Experience in an insurance operational environment and Medicare programs
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
