Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in building and launching production-grade software in SaaS or similar industries
• Experience managing remote teams of 5+ engineers in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio of web applications with AI-driven features
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including Ruby on Rails, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
