Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Growth & Extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to design reviews and technical discussions
• Lead engineering initiatives across AI onboarding, growth experiments, and extensibility APIs
• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance monetization and grow the third-party ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers
• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience building production systems
• Experience leading teams responsible for pricing infrastructure or billing systems
• Proficiency in fullstack web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node
• Experience managing distributed teams in a remote-first environment
