Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Sensor Quality (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a quality engineering strategy for validating products against real-world customer environments
• Build and oversee a test framework for end-to-end validation of OS/kernel interactions and application compatibility
• Lead performance and longevity testing efforts to ensure system stability and minimal overhead for endpoints

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 10 years in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in developing end-to-end quality assurance strategies, including OS/kernel and UI testing
• Experience building and implementing test frameworks across various environments
• Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with cloud-based architectures
