Director of Indirect Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Indirect Procurement - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, cash, and working capital across indirect categories
• Act as a business partner to key functions to understand sourcing needs and deliver high-impact solutions
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and manage supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect spend categories
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and working capital improvements
• Experience in a cash-focused or cost-sensitive company is highly desirable
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
