Director of Information Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead its internal technology strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the IT strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs
• Lead global IT operations including service desk, hardware lifecycle, endpoint management, and procurement
• Build and lead a high-performing IT organization, including managers, engineers, and support staff

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Information Technology leadership or technical operations roles
• At least 2+ years experience managing managers (e.g., senior manager or director level)
• Experience operating in remote or distributed organizations
• Experience with implementing and auditing compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX, or equivalents
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technology-related or business management field
