Key Responsibilities
- Architect full-funnel 360 marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage a hybrid creative team and oversee workflow, ensuring high creative velocity
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and lead post-mortems to drive learning
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in high-growth DTC, healthtech, or consumer SaaS organizations
- Hands-on knowledge of paid media, particularly in social and digital advertising
- Experience in leading hybrid teams in a fast-cycle testing environment
- Background in agencies or internal growth labs
- MBA or equivalent experience in brand and performance marketing is preferred
