Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the B2C patient acquisition engine across paid and owned channels
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth marketing team
- Define and execute the Patient growth marketing roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and experimentation plans
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role at high-growth B2C tech companies
- Deep expertise in paid digital marketing (SEM, Social, affiliates), SEO, and conversion rate optimization
- Data-driven with the ability to build dashboards and interpret performance signals
- Experience building and coaching growth teams and fostering a culture of ownership and experimentation
- Hands-on leader capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels
