Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead paid media strategy for Growth Products, aligning with acquisition goals and product positioning
- Manage agency and internal teams across digital channels and define, track, and optimize key performance metrics
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles with direct media ownership
- Proven success scaling subscription-based or digital-first products, ideally within SVOD or streaming
- Deep expertise in paid digital channels, media mix modeling, and measurement frameworks
- Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and ability to act on performance data
- Experience managing agencies or channel-specific internal experts
