Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to drive paid customer acquisition across multiple high-growth startups in its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy and execution for multiple portfolio companies, focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Personally manage and optimize campaigns in Meta and Google Ads, including strategy, execution, testing, and reporting
• Build scalable processes and systems for launching and optimizing performance programs across multiple brands and verticals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
• Proven ability to drive meaningful business outcomes through paid media
• Experience incorporating AI tools and software to accelerate growth
• Full-funnel understanding with experience in MTA solutions and P&L management
• Experience hiring, developing, and coaching high-performance marketing teams
