Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Presale Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction and management of the Presale business area, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFP and Proposal requests
- Develop a talent pipeline and manage team performance, including conflict resolution and training programs
- Track and analyze data related to capabilities, capacity, and output to inform senior management and product owners
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of leadership experience, with a background in quoting/RFP management and Life & Supplemental Health products
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and change management theories
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting tool and MS Office Suite required; experience with PowerBI preferred
- Experience in Salesforce and Workday preferred
