Job Summary
A company is looking for a Joint Use Coordinator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer work order activities including scheduling, material procurement, and reconciliation
- Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions, reporting progress to senior management
- Oversee project completion, issue work assignments, and monitor quality of work performed
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience leading complex, strategic projects with successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
