Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational improvement projects end-to-end, identifying root causes and deploying scalable solutions
- Build MVP automations, dashboards, and tooling to enhance onboarding and success processes
- Connect systems and workflows across departments to eliminate silos and bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Strategy & Ops, BizOps, Product Ops, or Automation roles within tech, SaaS, or marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with SQL
- Familiarity with modern AI tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Ability to map complex processes and design scalable solutions
- Self-starter who drives problems to resolution
