Executive Director of Implementations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement software workflows at provider organizations and ensure seamless integration with EHR and other systems
• Lead and mentor a team of implementation managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients during the implementation process, defining project scope and overseeing software deployments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with 7+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and change management
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in building implementation infrastructure and a continuous improvement mindset
