Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L across all regions, optimizing margin, CAC:LTV, fulfillment, and logistics
• Professionalize and scale the organization by clarifying roles, reducing complexity, and building high-performing teams
• Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a senior operational role such as COO, VP of Operations, or General Manager in a DTC or CPG brand
• Strong ability to combine big-picture thinking with a focus on process and execution
• Proven track record of building teams and holding P&L accountability
• Experience in high-velocity environments and solving complex problems
• Demonstrates qualities of being hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent
